Head Chef required for this busy 7 day operation, reporting to the Hotel Mangager you will be required to have proven experience in kitchen management, including but not limited to cost control and rostering to budgets. You will ideally be a hands on operator and an effective communicator always leading by example. You will be responsible to supervise, motivate and direct a team of chefs and apprentices to consistently deliver upmarket cuisine. Relocation can be assisted for the successful applicant. Salary 75 – 100K PA.

 

Sous Chef – reporting to the Head Chef, proven experience leading, motivating and inspring a team of culinary experts to deliver upmarket, exciting on trend cuisine consistently. An effective communicator and talented operator, you are fast efficient and take pride in an above average output. 65-85K PA.

Commis Chef – Recently graduated up and coming chef.  A passion for culinary excellence, energetic and motivated to execeed expectations consistentently.  You enjoy exploring your creative talents and are steadily building a repertoire of solid experience.  

 

Front of House – Team Leaders and Floor staff.  – Fun bubbly and energetic, you love engaging with staff and guests alike.  You have a great general food and beverage knowledge and are very genuine.  

 

Barista – Whilst specialty coffee is your passion, you are still a great all round service professional and love to engage yourself in other areas of the front of house.  You will lkely have a regular following that enjoy your consistent smile with their favourite hot beverage.

 

Guest Service Agent – You have an eye for detail are energetic and efficient.  You pride yourself on being able to make up guests rooms quickly and to a consistent standard of clean fresh presentation.
